Call Tracking Integration
The call log is designed to accept calls from external sources. The source field on each call supports: manual, callrail, twilio, other.
When you're ready to connect CallRail or Twilio, your developer can POST call records to the CallLog entity via webhook — no schema changes needed. The source field identifies where the call came from.
